Payment Authorization

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our flower walls, flower arches, and event decor products are made-to-order.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has started.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both customers and our business, we reserve the right to verify payment information and request additional identification for suspicious transactions.

Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, canceled, or refunded.
