How to Choose a Flower Wall Backdrop
Choose a flower wall by the space you need to cover, the actual floral design, your setup budget and your event date. RosyFlowerWall sells artificial flower wall backdrops; these products are purchases, not event rentals.
1. Measure your venue before choosing a backdrop
Our core flower wall designs are listed at 8 × 8 ft (approximately 2.4 × 2.4 m). Measure both the width and the height of your photo area. Leave room for the frame, its feet and safe guest access. Check the selected product and the size guide for its components.
2. Compare the product photos, then choose your palette
Compare flower density, the amount of greenery, bloom shapes and colors in the product photos. AI-styled scenes are decorating inspiration. Scene props, signs and furniture are not included unless the product description explicitly lists them. Screens and venue lighting can change how a color appears.
Explore white, pink, red, greenery, blue and purple designs. A shared color name across different products does not guarantee an exact shade match.
3. Budget for the complete setup
The core flower wall listings include the backdrop. A stand, storage bag and styling accessories are sold separately. If you already own a frame, check its dimensions, mounting method and load requirements before purchasing. Review each item price and the final checkout total, including shipping and any taxes.
4. Check delivery against your event date
Estimated production and standard delivery is 35–49 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Standard shipping is free for orders of US$180 or more, or US$50 below US$180. Available destinations and final shipping options are shown at checkout.
For a fixed event date, contact us before ordering with the product link, quantity, destination postal code and event date. Air shipping may be available; production timing, transit time and cost must be confirmed individually. Allow time to unpack, inspect and assemble the backdrop before your event.

Is a flower wall a purchase or a rental?
Products ordered through this store are purchases. Event setup, on-site installation and rental service are not included in the product price.
Does the flower wall include a stand?
Our core flower wall backdrops do not include a stand or storage bag. These are optional separate products. Arch configurations can have different included components; read the individual listing.
Can I reuse it for more than one event?
Artificial florals can be kept for future events. Reuse depends on handling, mounting, transport and storage. Keep the florals dry, reshape them gently and protect the blooms from crushing.
What if my event is coming up soon?
Ask us to check production and delivery before you purchase. Include your event date and destination; do not assume that adding expedited shipping guarantees delivery in time.
How do I compare similar colors at different prices?
Compare the actual product photos, dimensions and listed components. The same color name can refer to different floral layouts. If you are deciding between two products, send us both links and ask for clarification before ordering.
